The project translates the logic of industrial production into architectural form. As a global manufacturer of advanced steel-processing machinery, Akyapak transforms steel through bending, forming, cutting, and shaping. Rather than serving as formal references, these processes became the design methodology through which the building evolved.
The building itself becomes an act of transformation. As the programme shifts from the production halls to the administration offices, the architecture bends and unfolds, evolving from a solid industrial mass into an increasingly open and transparent volume. The transition from production to collaboration becomes visible in built form.
Landscape and architecture are conceived as a continuous composition, allowing the headquarters to emerge from its industrial context while expressing the precision, innovation, and craftsmanship that define the company.
