The project explores how architectural identity can emerge from brand identity. Bringing together headquarters, flagship retail, and public functions within a single building, the project establishes a clear transition from the public realm at street level to the private workplace above.
The building responds directly to the trapezoidal geometry of the site, maximising spatial efficiency while establishing a clear architectural order. Rather than altering this primary form, a perforated secondary façade wraps the building as an independent layer, translating the language of fashion into architecture. Like a garment, it defines the building's public identity while selectively revealing the spaces behind, balancing openness and privacy.
Architecture, landscape, and public life are conceived as a continuous composition, allowing the headquarters, flagship store, and café to establish an inviting urban presence while expressing the company's contemporary identity through architecture rather than branding.
